DEADWOOD, S.D. (03/03/16) – The Abbey Road Band, a band that has made a name for themselves as a nationally sought after Beatles’ tribute band will play free shows in Santana’s at Deadwood Mountain Grand on March 11, 12, 25 & 26 at 7pm each evening.

The Abbey Road Band is made up of four superlative musicians, who share the passion of those Beatles fans who witnessed that first wave of “Beatlemania” in the early sixties. The band understands the audiences who were swept up in the wave of Beatles music from the first chord on the “Ed Sullivan Show” to the last song on “Let it Be” and beyond. The Abbey Road Band doesn’t wear Beatle wigs or period costumes, they have something far better. They were there. They lived the Beatles explosion and have dedicated their musical lives to recapture that perfect music and that perfect moment. “We’re very excited to host the Abbey Road Band,” said Susan Kightlinger, Resort Manager at Deadwood Mountain Grand. “They are so talented and put on such a good show, we thought what a better way to thank our customers than offering two nights of free shows from these fabulous musicians.” From their humble beginnings 14 years ago, the Abbey Road Band have now become one of the most sought after Beatles Tribute Bands in the United States. They don’t wear wigs or costumes. They don’t try to look like the Beatles. What the Abbey Road Band does very well is SOUND like the Beatles. No band has influenced pop culture the way the Beatles have. This is Beatles music played live. For more information, visit www.deadwoodmountaingrand.com or call 605-559-0386.
